Christina Malley is a Music Lecturer and Vocal Coach at the London College of Music (LCM) and the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). As a Lecturer she specialises in performance and popular music contexts, exploring musician persona and the mediation of original music performance. As a Vocal Coach, she specialises in popular music vocals, performance and stagecraft, developing original artists specifically. She has also worked extensively with Music Theatre performers. She completed a PG Cert in Teaching and Learning in HE (2016) and a PG Cert in Applied Professional Practise: Vocal Pedagogy (2018). She has presented her research at Popular Music conferences at Bath Spa University and the University of York. She is currently completing an MA in Music Performance at the University of Salford with a view to beginning her PhD in 2023.
